Critical Care Physician Role We are seeking a full-time Surgical
Critical Care Physician to join our team in Dallas, TX. This
position involves working at Level 1 and Level III trauma centers,
focusing on high-acuity surgical ICU care, which includes trauma
cases, cardiothoracic surgeries, and organ transplants. Candidates
must hold board certification in General Surgery, Pulmonary
Medicine, Anesthesia, or Emergency Medicine, along with a Critical
Care Fellowship and experience with advanced life support
technologies such as ECMO and LVAD. The role also includes teaching

transportation options. Surgical Critical Care Physician – Dallas,
TX Our organization is excited to present a remarkable opportunity
for a full-time Surgical Critical Care Physician to become part of
a dynamic, multidisciplinary team in Dallas, TX. Our established
group consists of board-certified specialists in Surgical,
Pulmonary, Anesthesia, and Emergency Medicine Critical Care, along
with highly skilled Advanced Practice Providers. Together, we
provide compassionate, high-acuity care to a diverse range of
surgical patients. Our team handles intricate cases in surgical
ICUs, including trauma, general surgery, cardiothoracic surgery,
and solid organ transplants (heart, lung, liver, kidney), as well
as ECMO, E-CPR, VAD, and other critical surgical conditions. Care
is provided at: Baylor University Medical Center – Level 1 Trauma
Center (Dallas, TX) Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center
– Level III Trauma Center (Fort Worth, TX) We are dedicated to
medical education and actively participate in training residents
and fellows at both facilities. Position Highlights / Criteria:
Full-time position: 14 shifts per month (12-hour shifts) with
flexible scheduling options. Open to board-certified physicians in
General Surgery, Pulmonary Medicine, Anesthesia, or Emergency
Medicine with Critical Care Fellowship training. Experience with
ECMO and E-CPR is preferred. Significant experience in the
Cardiothoracic ICU, including familiarity with LVAD and other
mechanical cardiac support devices, is required. Compensation &
Benefits: Attractive base salary with productivity incentives and
quarterly bonuses. Malpractice insurance coverage provided. $5,000
annual allowance for continuing medical education (CME).
