together. The Archway is seeking a Bilingual Children's Case
Manager. This position provides comprehensive, trauma-informed
advocacy, and support for children in emergency shelter by
assessing their needs, developing goals, and linking children and
families to resources and services that improve, maintain or
restore an enhanced quality of life. This position has significant
responsibilities that includes using strengths-based approaches to
provide crisis management, safety planning, advocacy, resource
referrals, and parenting support to survivors in emergency shelter.

Working in the domestic violence field can be hard – but we can do
hard things. The specific qualifications for this role are:
Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, Social Work or related
discipline required. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
Minimum of one year experience in case management which includes
assessing, planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, group
facilitation, and evaluating options and services to meet the needs
of the client. Experience working with child victims of domestic
violence and knowledge of dynamics of family violence preferred.
Must possess knowledge of developmental stages, age-appropriate
activities, and care guidelines for children. Ability to provide
culturally competent services and work with diverse staff and
clientele in an empathetic and non-judgmental manner. Must be able
to make sound, independent decisions, and act effectively in a
residential setting. Strong organization and time management skills
and ability to multitask in a fast-paced and changing environment.
