Communicate the value of Actionable Analytics to bank partners,
guiding them through data?sharing and insight interpretation in
clear, practical terms. Serve as a trusted advisor who helps banks
apply these insights to drive growth and strengthen client
relationships. Work closely with data science teams to interpret
analytical outputs and convert them into clear segment priorities,
vertical strategies, and timing recommendations. Identify
repeatable patterns and opportunities that can be applied across
multiple bank partners. Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams
to build and launch targeted, data?driven campaigns, ensuring they
move quickly and clearly from concept to execution. Continuously
monitor performance and refine strategies to maximize results.
Coordinate across key teams to ensure aligned execution of the
Actionable Analytics program while serving as the central point of
accountability for outcomes. Proactively remove barriers and drive
resolution through influence rather than formal authority. Basic
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Admin or related field
5 years’ experience in growth strategy, revenue operations,
analytics driven marketing for related fields Proven ability to
translate data into executable growth initiatives Experience
influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. Strong
communication and presentation skills with executive-level
stakeholders Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous
environments with high accountability. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with financial institutions, payments, fintech,
or merchant services Background in analytics-driven go-to-market
strategies or revenue acceleration Familiarity with CRM platforms,
campaign tracking, and performance measurement Experience scaling
programs from pilot to repeatable engine. Benefits In line with our
