One can not become a good sales associate without developing good product knowledge. While we provide training but the education is a continuous practice we expect you to continue after training. Understand the needs of the guest, and the ability to educate guests on products suitable for their goals in a competent, efficient, and professional manner. Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Maintain an environment of trust, and communicate efficiently with managers and peers. Maintain a clean environment, and uphold company standards. Requirements Must be a high school graduate Have reliable transportation to arrive at work on time. Punctuality is critical in retail. Have an active interest in health and fitness and be committed to continuous learning. Be available for at least one shift on a weekend.
