Systemates to the next level. What Youll Be Doing Were looking for
a motivated and results-drivenBusiness Development Representative
(BDR)to join our team! In this role, youll be the first point of
contact for potential clients, identifying new business
opportunities, nurturing relationships, and setting the stage for
our sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy

love to hear from you! Heres a snapshot of what your day-to-day
schedule could look like: Drive lead generation through high-volume
outbound calls, targeted emails, networking, and digital marketing
efforts. Making 80 calls per day to build and manage lead
development pipeline across all markets Qualify all sales leads
based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions.
Schedule introductions/meetings for sales, assign leads, and ensure
timely follow up. Conduct research on prospective accounts to
identify needs, create targeted lists, and craft compelling emails
and scripts. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Projectmates
products, technologies, competitors, and industry trends. Training
on best practices and research techniques and keeping up to date
with industry knowledge. Deliver consistent activity to achieve
monthly and quarterly goals and objectives. Understand the
business, needs, and the buying cycle of the leads, building and
nurturing preliminary relationships. Desired Skills & Experience 2
years proven track record with lead generation, cold calling or
related experience. Skilled in calling on large corporations,
breaking through the gatekeepers, and capturing the interest of
C-level executives. Proven ability to drive the sales process from
prospecting to hand-off. Excellent interpersonal, communications,
and organizational skills Knowledge of Construction Project
Management is a plus. HubSpot experience is a plus. An enthusiastic
and positive attitude! Where you'll be working This is a hybrid
full-time role based out of our Richardson, TX office.
Monday-Thursday will be spent in-office and Friday is a
