Job Description:
Johnson Controls, a leader in innovative building solutions, is
seeking a dedicated HVAC Sales Account Rep to join our dynamic
sales team in the HVAC wholesale division. This role is crucial for
fostering relationships with our clients and driving sales of our
state-of-the-art HVAC systems. With a focus on sustainability,
efficiency, and the latest technology, you will be at the forefront
of the industry, ensuring client satisfaction and promoting our
sustainable building initiatives. Develop and maintain strong
relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a thorough
understanding of their needs and business objectives. Prepare
detailed proposals and quotes that align with client needs and
budget requirements while upholding company standards. Conduct
market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends to drive
business growth. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure
accurate product knowledge and delivery capabilities are
communicated. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and workshops
to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and build
professional networks. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the
overall profitability and growth of the company. Provide feedback
from clients to enhance product functioning and the service
delivery. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and the wholesale
market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills. Ability to develop and deliver presentations tailored to
audience needs. Proven analytical skills and ability to think
strategically. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft
Office Suite. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Certification from North American Technician Excellence (NATE)
preferred. Certified HVAC Designer (CHD) or Certified HVAC
Professional (CHP) is a plus.
