At Warnick Metal Building Erectors, LLC., we have built a reputation with owners, manufacturers, and contractors as a reliable, skilled, and professionally operated prefabricated steel erector. We are looking to add an estimator to our team!Candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task with advanced problem-solving techniques, proficient in communication skills with timely follow up, uphold high value for customer service relationships and exemplify integrity, passion, and professionalism. If you excel at problem solving and enjoy working with others, we welcome your application.Essential Functions including but not limited to:

Meet bid date schedules and deadlines for projects.Review, read and interpret architectural drawings and specificationsPerform quantity take-offs using a systematic, methodical, detail-oriented processReview and understand -contract and bid documents------------------Prepare purchase order packagesSolicit pricing from and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliersSupport all pre-construction activitiesCultivate strong customer, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.Track and manage job cost and marginsEducation and Skill Requirements:

5 years estimating experience required.Microsoft office - heavy Word and ExcelVarious types of bidding programsExperience with jobs ranging from $50,000 to $10,000,000.Procore experience is a must -Powered by JazzHR
