Class A OTR Drivers Start .55 or more
Drive a 2020 or newer Volvo 760 tractor that is assigned and fully equipped. They are comfortable and the safest truck on the road in America. Take your tractor home with you or travel with your companion and/or pet and take your off time wherever your loads lead you.

New hires start at .55 or MORE depending on experience and work record. No pay cap and you are paid loaded or empty using practical miles. Top tier drivers earn 80-95k

Easy Runs. Most of our runs are in the middle corridor of the US and you never have to go to NY City or the West Coast. Loads are sent through Omnitracs by seasoned driver managers most of whom have held down the pedal of a tractor out on the roads just like you. They know you re a professional, so they safely assign you loads and let you do your job. We haul consumable goods in reefers and dry vans, so we always have miles year-round.

Climate Express is privately owned, located in Union Missouri operating since 1996. We have about 200 tractors. Although our turnover rate varies it is consistently below the National average and at least a third of the drivers that have left us have reached out and asked to come back. Why? Good equipment. Trailers- Dry box & Reefer, built-in scales

Maintenance-Full-service shop w/ on site wash bay, Warranty centers, roadside assistance. Regular scheduled maintenance performed.

Work tools-Omnitracs, Comdata, Transflo, Trip envelopes, Apps.

Freight- 55% of our freight is drop and hook. The rest are are 1 pick and 1 drop. No slaughterhouses or fresh meat, 100% no touch freight.
