Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dynamic Commissary Marketing Manager to
join our talented team. In this strategic role, you'll be pivotal
in promoting our commissary offerings, engaging with diverse
clientele including educational institutions, health centers, and
various industries. Your mission will be to deploy innovative
marketing strategies that not only reach but also exceed our client
expectations while driving our market position and enhancing our
brand value. As a Commissary Marketing Manager, youll work closely
with culinary teams, sales, and other stakeholders to create
cohesive, impactful marketing campaigns that clearly communicate
the quality and breadth of our food services. Develop strategic
marketing plans for our commissary operations, aligning with
Aramark's overarching business goals. Conduct market research to
understand industry trends and customer needs to tailor marketing
activities accordingly. Collaborate with culinary and sales teams
to create compelling promotional materials. Manage social media and
digital content, ensuring it reflects our brand's voice and reaches
the intended audiences. Analyze campaign results and adjust
strategies as needed to optimize the marketing ROI. Coordinate with
external partners and agencies to ensure successful campaign
execution. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals,
fostering an environment of creativity and continuous improvement.
Proven expertise in all aspects of marketing strategy and execution
Strong project management skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools and
platforms Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a
sharp eye for detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional certifications in
Marketing (e.g., PCM - Professional Certified Marketer) are
preferred but not required.
