*Job Summary*

Monster Performance Group is looking for a Sales Representative with sales experience to join our team. Applicants must possess superior phone communication skills. All equipment and training will be provided to the candidate upon hire.

* Base pay with uncapped commission
* First-year earning potential $80,000+

*Responsibilities and Duties*

* Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
* Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
* Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
* Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
* Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
* Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
* Staying informed about competing products and services.
* Upselling products and services.
* Researching and qualifying new leads.
* Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ G Suite
* Strong Communication Skills
* Professional Written and Oral Communications Skills
* Comfortable Working Independently and in Team Scenarios
* Detail Oriented
* Ability to balance a complex schedule and multi-task

Pay: $43,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
