hiring dependable, hands-on team members to join Parker Hannifin’s
Industrial Filtration Division as Hand Fabrication Operators in
Mineral Wells, TX. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy working with
your hands, this is a great opportunity to grow with a leading
manufacturer. Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd
Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM What You’ll Be Doing: - Assemble
filtration components using hand tools and adhesives - Follow
detailed instructions and drawings to complete tasks - Measure,
cut, and prepare materials accurately - Conduct visual inspections
for quality and consistency - Maintain a clean, organized
workstation and follow safety protocols Who We’re Looking For: -
High School Diploma or GED required - Experience in a hands-on or
manufacturing environment preferred - Strong attention to detail
and steady manual coordination - Ability to stand, bend, and lift
up to 40 lbs throughout your shift - Positive attitude and
