The Team Lead Maintains accurate inventory levels through cycle
count program, physical inventory, resolution of variances,
auditing of department transactions, and follow up on compliance of
standard operating procedures. Manage quality assurance program,
including new item inspection and existing item quality issues,
manage profiles program to ensure the product is stored in the
proper areas to maximize productivity and space. Works under
direction with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and
independent judgment to attain specific goals and objectives. YOU
WILL: Support the development and upkeep of inventory management
processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate daily
activities of the Inventory Control team, helping ensure tasks are
completed accurately and on schedule. Identify opportunities to
improve inventory accuracy and assist with implementing
enhancements. Review inventory quality and accuracy reports and
share insights with leadership. Oversee Quality Assurance
activities, including new item checks and follow-up on quality
concerns. Help maintain SKU guidelines related to storage,
handling, slotting, and shipping. Monitor daily cycle count results
and collaborate on system updates when needed. Prepare and maintain
basic reports and documentation for audits, counts, and inventory
adjustments. Communicate with network teams and internal
departments to support inventory accuracy and quality. Promote safe
work practices and adherence to warehouse safety standards. Guide,
support, and develop team members while fostering a positive,
team-focused environment. Assist with other related duties as
needed. YOU MUST HAVE: High school diploma or equivalent (or
comparable work experience). Basic reading, writing, and math
skills. Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS experience is a plus, but
training is provided). Experience or willingness to learn how to
operate material handling equipment such as order pickers or stock
chasers. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and
Outlook. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
work well with others and provide day-to-day support to teammates.
Willingness to take initiative and help solve routine problems.
Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced
environment. Ability to manage tasks and meet daily goals.
Flexibility to work overtime when needed. Ability to work
independently as well as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50
lbs. Nice to Have (but not required) Previous lead, trainer, or
senior associate experience. Interest in developing leadership or
