Job Description:
Fidelity Investments, a leader in the financial services sector
and one of the largest asset managers worldwide, is seeking a
qualified Manager of Digital Assets Risk Operations in our Risk
Management & Compliance department. This critical role focuses on
the oversight and management of risks associated with digital and
crypto assets, ensuring alignment with organizational risk appetite
and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will
contribute to the development and execution of risk strategies,
maintain compliance with laws and regulations, and manage a team
dedicated to risk assessment and mitigation in the digital assets
sphere. Develop and implement risk management frameworks for
digital assets, including cryptocurrencies and blockchain
technologies. Lead a team of risk professionals to identify,
evaluate, and mitigate risks in line with organizational
guidelines. Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance
with all applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate with other
departments to align digital asset risk strategies with overall
business objectives. Prepare and present risk analysis reports to
senior management. Stay abreast of technological and regulatory
changes affecting digital assets. Strong understanding of risk
management principles and methodologies Knowledge of digital
assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology Ability to
interpret and apply regulations pertaining to financial services
Leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) – beneficial for
