The Role: The Vice President of Digital Technology serves as a member of the Executive Team of BMS providing strategic and executional guidance with our technology initiatives of the company. The VPDT is ultimately responsible for guiding the digital transformation of the enterprise in commercial/ residential, operational, and technology. The VPDT must possess the ability and experience to drive IT infrastructure and customer-facing growth opportunities across service industries. Additionally, the VPDT must possess a deep passion for improving the experience of all company customers as well as an appreciation for the cultural challenges associated with the digital transformation of a business. Finally, the successful VPDT will get things done and demonstrate a powerful impact on the organization and team. Performance, support and management duties include:

• Perform hands-on leadership for our organization formulating and implementing the company's digital strategies and operating model transformation.
• Establish a" go-to-market" digital strategy and operating model.
• Leading the company's ongoing assessment and evaluation of our IT infrastructure and ERP capabilities.
• Formulate our Digital Strategy: Develop a clearly defined digital strategy aligned tothe organization's future vision supported by a business plan that defines a clear execution plan to implement digital strategy.
• Create a Digital Operating Model - Define strategy for a future platform-product based operating model aligned to digital business strategy.
• Drive all Digital Innovation: work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.
• Consistently measure the Business benefits of all digital products Including digital innovation assuring value. For example, improving customer engagement and loyalty, driving acquisition of new customers/ revenues/service lines, or achieving new efficiencies
• Design, deploy, and manage agile digital products that deliver world-class results to external customers and internal workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree ( Masters preferred) with Marketing/Sales leadership experience, growing the business and customer volumes using digital technologies, as well as IT experience in developing, configuring, deploying and maintaining IT services. Be highly motivated and entrepreneurial by nature; a change agent with a "can do" attitude, with the ability to educate and lead his/her peer group in their digital transformation.
