This position is pivotal in crafting and executing an innovative cocktail menu that reflects both the local culture and Marriott's standard of luxury and service. As a Mixologist at Marriott, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing guests with unforgettable experiences through your expertise in beverage creation and presentation. Develop and update seasonal and signature cocktail menus in collaboration with the culinary team. Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with Marriott's high standards for quality and service. Conduct inventory and manage bar supplies to ensure efficient operation. Train and mentor bar staff on current mixology trends and Marriott’s service standards. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws. Collaborate with the event planning teams to customize beverage offerings for special events and high-profile guests. Engage with guests to provide a personalized dining experience and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery. Expertise in various cocktail making techniques and ingredients Strong understanding of bar equipment and maintenance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certification from a recognized bartending or mixology school Food Handler’s Certification TIPS Certification or equivalent for responsible alcohol service
