Speech Language Pathologist Location: Waco, TX Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,728 to $1,872 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $48.00 - $52.00/Hourly. Summary: A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The SLP works with patients of all ages to improve communication abilities, cognitive skills, and swallowing function through individualized therapy plans. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide speech and language therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities. Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans as needed. Educate patients and family members on therapy techniques and communication strategies.
