Job Description About the Role MedOp Solutions is partnering with a healthcare facility in Dallas, Texas to hire a Physician Assistant specializing in Pediatric Medicine for a full-time permanent position. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to pediatric patients across multiple care settings. The Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, detail-oriented provider who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is comfortable working flexible shifts across multiple campuses. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical examinations Diagnose and treat pediatric conditions under physician supervision Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging Develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric patients Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and preventive care Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Active Texas Physician Assistant license required Pediatric experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible schedules across multiple shifts Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician's Assistant Scheduling & Expectations Permanent full-time position Current shift options include: 10-hour evening shifts (1:00 PM – 11:00 PM) – Dallas campus 12-hour day/night shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) – Dallas & Plano campuses Schedule flexibility required based on departmental needs Weekend and holiday expectations to be determined
