Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable PRN CNSC
Dietitian to join our team in providing top-notch nutritional care
in healthcare settings. This per diem role is crucial for ensuring
that patient-specific nutritional needs are met, aligning with
Aramark's commitment to excellence and innovation in healthcare.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing nutritional
needs, developing personalized meal plans, and monitoring patient
outcomes, focusing on patients that require specialized clinical
nutrition support. Assess patient health needs and diet
restrictions to develop personalized nutrition plans. Work closely
with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
coordination. Monitor patient outcomes and adjust dietary plans as
needed to achieve optimum results. Educate patients and families on
nutritional management of their specific conditions. Document
assessments and plans in patient records while adhering to
confidentiality and HIPAA regulations. Stay current with latest
research in nutritional science to provide evidence-based care.
Strong knowledge of dietary management and clinical nutrition.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and
healthcare team members. Expertise in data analysis for health
management and outcome prediction. Skill in developing and
conducting educational programs in nutrition. Current Registered
Dietitian (RD) and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician
(CNSC).
