What You’ll Do Clinical (Primary) Chairside assisting for general procedures Take radiographs and intraoral images Prepare/break down operatories Sterilization and infection control Keep providers supported and on time Scheduling & Flow Manage and optimize the daily schedule Fill openings and prevent downtime Coordinate treatment appointments logically Help maintain daily production goals Support a smooth patient experience You are the bridge between the clinical team and the front office. Who We’re Looking For Someone who: Enjoys being part of a team Stays organized and proactive Communicates well with patients Takes pride in keeping the office running smoothly Requirements Dental Assisting experience required X-ray certification (per state requirements) Comfortable multitasking Positive, team-first attitude If you enjoy patient care and helping the whole office run better, we’d love to meet you.
