Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leading national provider of diversified
home healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for low acuity
in-home care during weekday nights. This position entails providing
nursing services to patients in the comfort of their own homes,
focusing on maximizing patient comfort and wellness. The ideal
candidate will have a proven record of providing exceptional
patient care and a passion for healthcare excellence in a domestic
setting. Provide direct patient care according to the established
care plan. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of
nursing care provided. Ensure the health and safety of patients at
all times. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
the healthcare provider. Educate and support patients and their
families on proper home healthcare procedures. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills. Ability to work independently with
minimal supervision. Skilled in providing patient and
family-centered care. Proficient in maintaining accurate health
records. Capable of managing time effectively to meet the needs of
multiple patients. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
license in the state of practice. CPR certification required.
