Aramark is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable CNSC PRN Dietitian to join our diverse team in the healthcare sector. This role focuses on applying specialized clinical nutrition expertise to enhance patient outcomes through comprehensive assessment and tailored dietary interventions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering personalized nutrition care plans and continuously seek innovative methods to meet the nutritional needs of patients. Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized nutrition interventions and care plans for patients, integrating evidence-based medical nutrition therapy. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide integrated patient care. Monitor and evaluate patient progress against nutritional goals and adjust care plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about proper nutritional care and support long-term health improvements. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records. Provide nutritional expertise in team meetings and contribute to the development of nutritional policies and practices. Stay informed about the latest developments in nutrition science and incorporate new techniques and technologies into patient care. Expert knowledge of dietary management and nutrition support for various health conditions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary health care team Proficient in nutrition software and patient record management systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of nutrition Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) required Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
