Intensivist physician focused on critical care, delivering patient
services in a 24-bed ICU located in Dallas, Texas. The position
entails overseeing intricate cases, including those involving ECMO
and Impella patients, necessitating board certification in Critical
Care medicine and a valid Texas medical license. Flexible
scheduling is available, with an expectation of 3-5 shifts each
month, and the role prioritizes collaborative, patient-focused care

our dedicated team of Intensivist physicians and Advanced Practice
Providers providing round-the-clock care in the 24-bed ICU.
Collaborate with our specialized team managing ECMO and Impella
patients. Qualifications: Board certification in Critical Care
medicine (MD or DO). Experience in managing ECMO patients is
essential; experience with cannulation is a plus. Possession of an
active Texas medical license. Eligibility to work in the United
States. Practice at the Heart of the Community Scheduling: PRN
shift coverage provides the flexibility to select shifts based on
availability and program needs, with an anticipated 3-5 shifts per
month. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively to provide
care for patients in medical, surgical, and cardiac ICUs.
Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to clinical excellence,
possess forward-thinking skills, exhibit problem-solving
capabilities essential for the ICU, and work well within a team
while performing all necessary technical skills in critical care.
