per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - NICU
Profession: RN Specialty: NICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 -
07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of neonatal
experience required License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS,
NRP, STABLE Must-Have: - Charge and level 3 NICU experience is
required. - Experience caring for infants requiring CPAP or
ventilation. - Experience with central lines. - Experience in
stabilization and attending deliveries. - Developmental care
experience. Description: This role requires charge and level 3
experience. The unit is equipped with the latest technology and
medical equipment. There will be a minimum of 2 NICU RNs staffing
each shift. The unit has 24/7 in-house coverage by Neonatal Nurse
Practitioners, OB hospitalists, and anesthesiologists. Patient
ratios are estimated at 3:1. The unit features GE bedside monitors
and beds, Natus Neoblue phototherapy lights, and feeding/medication
pumps. Documentation is done through the Meditech system. The
schedule will consist of 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, with a
floating policy to the newborn nursery as needed. The dress code
requires royal blue scrubs. Nails should be clean and healthy
without nail polish or artificial enhancements. Hair must be neat,
clean, and pulled back if shoulder length or longer. Visible body
art should be covered whenever possible, and visible piercings
