Job Description:
Summary:
The Float Pool RN assesses patient/family health and resources,
leading the nursing team in planning, implementing, and evaluating
care.
Provides safe, effective nursing care across all ages,
demonstrating understanding of developmental stages and fulfilling
the hospital's mission.
Responsible for supervising assigned staff and performing
specialized nursing procedures as per unit and treatment plans.
Requires excellent communication skills, ED or ICU training, a
minimum of two years of clinical and leadership experience, and a
current Louisiana RN license.
Certifications include BLS/ACLS, with preferred additional
certifications in clinical specialties.
Position is full-time with a flexible schedule, emphasizing
