Job Title: Float Per Diem Physical Therapist West DFWLocation: Various clinics on the West side of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including but not limited to Fort Worth, Lake Worth, Weatherford, and surrounding areas.Company Overview: Vista Physical Therapy is a network of outpatient orthopedic clinics located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We provide orthopedic physical therapy for extremities, spine, and sports rehabilitation to patients of all ages, ranging from non-athletes to elite athletes. Our philosophy of early intervention through a hands-on approach is designed to return patients to their full potential as soon and safely as possible, so they can return to doing the things they love.Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Float Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team, providing coverage across multiple clinics on the West side of the DFW area. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, adapt to various clinical environments, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for continued care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Travel to various clinic locations as needed to provide coverage and support.Qualifications: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Willingness to travel to multiple clinic locations within the West DFW area.#INDPTby Jobble
