Registered Nurse Perinatal Services Part-time

What We Are Looking For

Lake Granbury Medical Center's Perinatal Services department is now hiring a Part-time Registered Nurse. The 8 bed LDRP unit consist of 1 OR and 8 LDRP rooms. Our Registered Nurses integrate standards of care into our daily practice that includes: commitment, effective communication, customer service, responsiveness, sense of ownership and positive attitudes.

What You Will Do

Job Duties:

* Monitor the laboring patient
* Assist with delivery of infant or infants
* Administer IV medication along with anesthesia and pain management medication
* Implements safety/infection control measures
* Continuously educates patient and families

Minimum Requirements:

* Associate's degree in Nursing
* Certified as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
* At least two years of experience
* BCLS & ACLS upon hire

Preferred Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Nursing
* NRP, STABLE, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Intermediate and/or Advanced certification
