Job Description:
Defines requirements and builds front-end and data integration
solutions to automate and simplify business processes used by
relationship managers. Develops responsive Web pages, using
Bootstrap, CSS, HTML, and Razor views for user interfaces. Uses
business knowledge to translate the vision for divisional
initiatives into business solutions by developing complex or
multiple software applications and conducting studies of
alternatives. Analyzes and recommends changes in project
development policies, procedures, standards, and strategies to
development experts and management. Primary Responsibilities: Participates in architecture design teams. Defines and implements application level architecture. Develops applications on complex projects, components, and
subsystems for the division. Recommends development testing tools and methodologies and
reviews and validates test plans. Responsible for QA readiness of software deliverables. Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications
or subsystems. Establishes full project life cycle plans for complex projects
across multiple platforms. Responsible for meeting project goals on-time and on-budget. Advises on risk assessment and risk management strategies for
projects. Plans and coordinates project schedules and assignments for
multiple projects. Acts as a primary liaison for business units to resolve various
project/technology issues. Provides technology solutions to daily issues and technical
evaluation estimates on technology initiatives. Advises senior management on technical strategy. Mentors junior team members. Performs independent and complex technical and functional
analysis for multiple projects supporting several divisional
initiatives. Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going
development efforts. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five (5) years
of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience
developing client/server side Web applications within a .NET
framework. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely
related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered
or three (3) years of experience developing client/server side Web
applications within a .NET framework. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) designing and developing responsive
Web MVC applications, using JavaScript MVC frameworks (AngularJS
and Angular), client-side technologies (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap,
Jasmine, and Karma), server-side technologies (Node.js), Web
security technologies (OAuth and SAML) and .Net programming
languages; and implementing enterprise scalable systems according
to Agile methodologies and IDEs (Visual Studio and SSMS) within the
financial services industry. DE performing Object-oriented design using SOLID software
development principles -- single responsibility, open/closed,
Liskov substitution, interface segregation, and dependency
inversion principles; performing code reviews using Visual Studio
Team Explorer; developing APIs using RESTful services; implementing
design patterns -- MVC and Singleton -- using C# , JavaScript, and
HTML; and creating branches and pipelines in Visual Studio Team
Foundation Server (VSTS) and Azure DevOps for Continuous
Integration and Contiguous delivery. DE designing and implementing custom built Web applications
integrated into Salesforce platform using Canvas technology;
communicating with Salesforce using RESTful services; and designing
console applications to retrieve form submissions from users
through Salesforce. DE in the consumption design of TIBCO Data Virtualization (DV)
environment data services and views using .Net framework;
generating reports, using SQL, stored procedures, and triggers; and
performing query optimization and database normalization in SQL
Server Management Studio to generate reports in Web
