America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:The Director of Facilities
and Operations is responsible for providing structure and support
for Cook Children's Medical Center Facilities and Plant Operations
programs and also for Cook Children's Northeast Hospital Facility
Management services. This structure and support will ensure
strategies and resources are in place to meet and exceed the
Medical Center's expectations of providing a welcoming, clean, safe
and effective environment of care for our patients, families,
visitors, staff, volunteers and physicians. As a Support Services
staff member, the Director of Facilities and Operations will
demonstrate a commitment to Cook Children's Healthcare System's
operating values and integrate them into each job function by
always employing effective processes and education of staff. The
leader of this area should: --- Live quality while improving
