The Citi Retail Services (CRS) Data Rules, Requirements and
Standards Analyst is responsible for managing the Data Assets, Data
Standards, Data Quality rules and Data Retention for CRS. This U.S.
based role will work in conjunction with the US Consumer Analytics
(USCA) team to define business consumption requirements, expected
standards for data quality, data retention and archiving of data,
at scale. Responsibilities include use-case scope definition,
defining data retention guidelines and controls to validate
success. The candidate will provide guidance on high priority and
cross-functional use cases for CRS data requirements.
A strong understanding of Finance, Risk and Marketing processes and
reports, product processing within the financial services industry
and a solid grounding of data management principles is essential
and knowledge in relation to records management is very desirable.
This position requires practical experience of implementing
processes and tooling in a complex organization as well as delivery
management skills within transformational programs. Excellent
communication skills are required to negotiate internally, often at
a senior level. The candidate will be responsible for delivering
high-quality work products.
