Job Description Job Description The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling, inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting moderately complex electrical systems and components. This role involves working with electrical panels, wiring, and related equipment while following schematics and work instructions. Limited supervision is required, with close coordination across the production team. Pay: $18 and up Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Responsibilities Assemble electrical panels, switchgear, and power distribution components. Perform basic electrical testing and inspections to ensure quality and functionality. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of material. Troubleshoot wiring and component issues during assembly and testing. Assist with testing of panel boards, communication systems, and related assemblies. Follow project specifications and production schedules. Maintain accurate assembly and testing documentation. Safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment. Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and quality. Qualifications Experience with electrical panel or switchgear assembly preferred. Basic understanding of electrical power systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and follow technical instructions and schematics. Comfortable with basic computer use for documentation. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Willing to work flexible hours as needed.
