Job Description Job Description CNC Machinist - Full-Time Position Immediate Openings - Competitive Pay Benefits We are a growing precision machining shop actively looking for skilled and motivated CNC Machinists (Mill & Lathe) to join our team. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes (Haas, Fanuc, Hurco, - experience with any of these is a plus) Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions Produce high-quality parts in low to medium volumes Perform in-process inspection using micrometers, calipers, bore gages, CMM, etc. Edit programs (G-code) and adjust offsets as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What We're Looking For Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on CNC experience (setup operation) Ability to work from blueprints and independently troubleshoot Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Experience with live tooling 4-axis/5-axis is a plus but not required We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime available (time-and-a-half after 40 hrs) Health insurance contribution Paid holidays vacation 401(k) with company match Clean, modern shop with lots of machines Day shift and night shift positions available Opportunity for advancement Location: Dallas, Texas - No relocation assistance.
