Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This full-time contract
role, based in Fort Worth, TX, offers an opportunity to support
K-12 students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within a
school setting. The position is scheduled from ASAP through May 22,
2026, providing consistent engagement with students in need of
behavioral support. Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior
intervention plans under supervision, following nationally
recognized protocols. Collect and analyze behavioral data to
support individualized programming. Collaborate with educators,
behavior specialists, and families to promote positive student
outcomes. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional
ethical standards. Participate in ongoing training and team
meetings to enhance service delivery. Qualifications and
Experience: National certification as a Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT) through BACB is required. Experience working with
K-12 students in educational settings preferred. Strong
communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with
multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to promoting positive
behavioral supports and interventions. Location: On-site work
located in the Fort Worth, TX area, within a contracted school
