Full-time hours & great benefits! Must have a valid DL and vehicle

of the facilities we manage. Platinum Parking is looking for a
Full-Time Lot technician/maintenance porter. The ideal candidate
will have a parking equipment repair experience or strong technical
skills Requirements: - Technical ability - Knowledge with Parking
equipment preferred - Have a valid Texas Driver’s License - Capable
of working in a fast pace environment - Must be courteous and
friendly with the ability to communicate effectively - Be willing
to undergo Pre-employment Background and Driver’s record checks -
Be willing to undergo random drug screenings - Must be a
self-starter who is comfortable working alone - Must be able to
work independently with minimal supervision Duties: · Maintain &
Repair Pay Stations · Installation and Removal of Pay Stations ·
Installation and removal of signage · Pothole repair · Landscaping
· General Maintenance · Reporting on Lot status · Ability to work 5
Days a week Monday-Friday (Some Weekends but very few) · Able to
climb ladders if needed · Able to lift 50lbs. Education: - High
school or equivalent Language: - English (required)
