Job Description Job Description A growing commercial real estate investment and management firm is seeking a Financial Analyst with strong experience in office properties , lease analysis , and ARGUS Enterprise . This role supports portfolio valuation, budgeting, underwriting, and financial statement review across multiple commercial assets. Ideal for an analytical professional who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and looking for a long-term home within a stable CRE platform. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze property financial statements, rent rolls, and operating performance Build, update, and maintain ARGUS Enterprise cash-flow models Perform lease analysis , including IRR calculations, NPV, and rent structure evaluation Create lease abstracts and summarize key economic terms Assist with annual budgeting , forecasting, and variance analysis for commercial properties Review BOVs and appraisals and validate valuation assumptions Support month-end close processes and financial reconciliations Prepare reporting packages for leadership Collaborate with asset management, accounting, and operations teams Maintain attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality Demonstrate a team-oriented approach and willingness to take on additional responsibilities Requirements 2-5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate financial analysis (office strongly preferred) ARGUS Enterprise proficiency required Experience reading and abstracting commercial leases Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Experience with IRR calculations and cash-flow analysis Ability to review financial statements and identify variances Understanding of BOVs, appraisals, and valuation methodologies Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field preferred Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams Interest in staying with a company long-term (role has 8-10 year growth runway) Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year Search managed by: Blanca Gomez Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
