The Risk Reporting Senior Manager accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s) and department(s). Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area. May have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation within area of expertise. Involved in short-term planning resource planning. Full management responsibility of a team, which may include management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations and may include budget approval.Responsibilities:Contributes to the analysis and preparation of reports for Internal Management, Regulators, Auditors, etc. that detail risks inherent in Credit, Market, Operational or other Risk Portfolios. Reporting can cover a variety of areas including but not limited to: portfolio concentrations, limit exceptions, stress testing, loss reserves or high-risk exposuresAssists in Credit Bureau Reporting initiativesParticipates in preparing regular and time-sensitive ad-hoc deliverables to the regulators and senior managements, closely working with industry and regional senior portfolio managersProvides consolidated reporting regarding Corporate Stress Testing and Risk Capital and Regulatory Stress Testing, including the production of between 25 to 40 weekly risk reports reflecting stress test resultsProvides quantitative risk metrics underlying the reports and design enhancements to the reportsMaintains the input or data quality of risk management systems to ensure accurate reportingDevelops quantitative risk management processes designed to meet Citi's execution of the Federal Reserve's mandatory stress test known as the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review ("CCAR"-- -)Supports Business As Usual ("BAU"-- -) stress testing and economic risk capital reportingUtilizes sophisticated quantitative risk analytics tools to ensure that the risk parameters used to determine stress losses and economic capital are calculated in accordance with both internal Citi and government regulatory requirementsAnalyzes test results and prepare monthly commentary for senior managementPartners with Risk Systems and Technology teams to jointly design strategic automated solutions and ensure complete, correct, and timely reportingLiaises with the office of the Chief Risk Administrative Officer, risk managers, business line managers, model owners, and Finance and Corporate division counterparts to ensure robust execution of the mandatory testing and compliance with all government requirementsIdentifies potential process improvements and capabilities to increase the consistency, transparency, and reliability of our stress testing resultsHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervisionCan exercise independence of judgement and autonomyAbility to manage teams and act as SME to senior stakeholders and or other team membersAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standardsQualifications:At least one year of prior work experience must include: Developing, checking and correcting risk reports utilizing financial greeks6+ years relevant experienceEducation:Bachelor'sUniversity degree, Master's degree preferred-------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Risk Management-------------------------------------------------Job Family:Risk Reporting------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi"-- -) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
